JadeScan 55 Triazine has better corrosion control, odour removal, cost effective, efficient dosages, safer handling, environmental friendliness and capability to reduce solid build up. The USB of this product is having been enhanced with polymer-based scale inhibitor to effectively remove CaCO3, CaSO4 and BaSO4. It is no acid-based scale inhibitor. Even though it is enhanced with scale inhibitor it has no side effect or reduce triazine performance.

Applications / Usage :
Enhanced Triazine based H2S scavenger not only removes H2S gas but also prevent pipelines for deposition of scales. The product is generally use in oil and gas industry, upstream oil and gas industry, oil field industry. It can be used in mixed production, down hole, subsea, well head, bulk storage tanks and produced water streams. The product can be added to the fluid immediately before pumping. For vapour phase the reaction is directly proportionate to the liquid reaction and can be found by calculating the ppm weight of H2S in the atmosphere. The dosages however vary, depending on the type of stream i.e., mixed or single stream, temperature, flow regimes, contact time, equipment design and type of stream (i.e., mixed or single stream). It is used in oil and gas industry and water treatment as biocide and to remove H2S gas. There are other industries where triazine is which are speciality chemical manufacturing, making different blends in lubricant industry, offshore chemical.

Testing Facility:
All the parameters are tested in our in-house Laboratory using process issued by Bureau of Indian standard (BIS). The instrument used in testing process are calibrated by NABL acerbated lab.
Handling and Storage:
The self-life of the material is 1 year. Do not tamper the seal (packing). Once open use the material as soon as possible. Store in well ventilated area under the shade away from direct sunlight, heat or flames. Preferable in a shed where there is no weather effect.
