Designation: – EA Executive Assistant to the Chairman

Qualification: – Graduate

Experience: – 1 year of experience will be an added advantage. Fresher with good attitude and willingness to learn will also be accepted.

Profile Description(responsibilities/job description): –  Assist the chairman of the company in his day to day routine in areas such as administrative assistance, presentation, email, daily routine, written communication. Diary maintenance, inter-departmental coordination eg.Arranging meetings (internal and external), making calls, maintaining minutes of meetings, follow up on action points,  ,

taking backup of laptop, handling social media, preparing PowerPoint presentation for internal and external meetings, office general work e.g. Gujarat typing, making CD, courier. Will have to take care of a part of recruitment process.And any other task assigned by the Chairman from time to time. Be the face of the office of the Chairman and handle it with utmost honesty,confidentiality and sincerity.

Reporting to :-BrijeshPatel  Chairman. Position reporting into this role: None

Required Skill: –Excellent personality and communication skill. Good command over language, good knowledge of MS-office, skilled in written communication, very good with coordination (self-correspondence on email), and inter personal relationship. Time management.

Key Result Areas

Internal: –

  • CEO’s time and wellness.
  • Coordination and communicating with team members for work followup.
  • Maintain appointment diary
  • Preparing presentation for internal and external meeting
  • Coordination with HODs and employees for various action points
  • Minute every meeting with relevant action points and follow up for actions
  • Advise the boss on important organizational and strategic decisions and when required
External: –

  • Travel coordination, payment coordination and follow ups on assignments
  • Understand on client feedback and communicate the same to the internal authorities for necessary action
  • Manage appointments, follow up actions and communicate agendas for meetings to concerned person

Evaluation Criteria: – Audit will be conducted every 2 months minimum by auditor. Feedback from internal and external customers, vendors business associates etc.

Location of Job: – Paldi office Job timings: – 10 to 6 Monday to Saturday

Profile Description (responsibilities/job description): – Candidate should be able to Finding/generate new Customers, Internet Correspondence, Exchanging Samples, Rate Negation (by phone, email and personal visit), and payment recovery. Coordinating with factory team for dispatch of relevant goods. (Details will be discussed in interviews)

Required Skill: – Sales, strong follow up, self-correspondence, Good English (Reading, Writing), computer knowledge word, excel, outlook express for emails.
